Terms & Conditions
i) Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable.
ii) Seating arrangements will be provided at the sole discretion of the management based on the number of guests per reservation — tables for bookings of 10 tickets or more will be allocated separately | tables for bookings of less than 10 tickets will be allocated on sharing basis.
iii) Tickets can be collected from the special events desk at the lobby between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm from the 1st of October 2024 or on the day for which the ticket has been purchased (kindly produce a soft copy of your receipt along with valid identification).
iv) Tickets are entitled to the buffet only — beverages are to be purchased on a la carte basis.
v) Minors will not be permitted to enter the premises.
vi) Inappropriate behavior at the event will result in guest/s being removed from the premises.
vii) Take-away will not be permitted for food or beverage items.
viii) The management will not be responsible for any lost personal belongings.
ix) Hilton Honors points and other discounts will not be applicable.
